Kranti Anand
From a young age, Kranti Anand chose hard work and self-reliance over comfort. Starting with odd jobs despite his well-established family, he built a strong work ethic that defines his leadership today.
His career began at SRF and spanned reputed firms like LML, Yamaha, Modecore, Danube, Gentech, and Avante. At Avante, he discovered that many “lime” finishes contained harmful cement and chemicals, posing health risks and environmental damage.
Determined to create change, he founded Koncept Creations in 2014 and later co-founded ARRCOAT with Iqbal, sharing a vision for natural, breathable, and eco-friendly wall finishes. Under his leadership, ARRCOAT thrives on continuous R&D, responsible sourcing, and innovation delivering sustainable beauty for modern spaces.
MD. Iqbal
Md. Iqbal’s journey is one of resilience and innovation. Starting as a mechanic and painter in Delhi, he later worked in Saudi Arabia, where he discovered that modern “lime” products were filled with harmful chemicals. Determined to create a safer alternative, he returned to India and began experimenting in his kitchen, developing a 0-VOC, chemical-free lime finish.
His path soon aligned with Kranti Anand’s vision, and together they founded ARRCOAT, dedicated to reviving authentic lime craftsmanship through natural, breathable, and sustainable finishes. Today, thanks to Iqbal’s relentless innovation, ARRCOAT offers a range of eco-friendly textures that blend timeless beauty with modern sustainability.
Mission
The brand aims to provide superior quality international decorative surface finishes at an affordable price. The ingenuity of this product lies in its ability to churn out newer finishes as per any design requirement. Along with the traditional finishes like Concrete, Travertino, Ragged, Smoothe, Pitteed, the material allows you to go further and come out with modern and fresh designs. And with this we want to put the Indian Plasters on the world stage.
